1. MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED, IS THIS NORMAL?

The order is processed between 1 and 6 business days and the standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days .

If less than 14 working days have passed, you'll just have to arm yourself with a little more patience, your item is on its way!

If your whole order still hasn't arrived after 14 working days maximum , please contact us in order to investigate the tracking code and resend again if necessary.


2. HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, click on the Track my order link and enter your tracking code. It was emailed to you within 6 days of your purchase.

If you don't have it, check your spam, if it isn't there please contact us so we can give you more information.


3. DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

At the moment we only ship to Italy. We are working to open more stores for other countries.


4. MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team by email with a photo or video of the problem you are experiencing and we will send you a new item straight away. If you don't get a response from us within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) check your spam, we reply 100% of emails. Otherwise contact us by phone.


5. I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OF AN ITEM, CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Yes, please email us first to open a support ticket to validate your intention to return this item for exchange and to complete the return process.

6. I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Absolutely, contact us and we will let you know the procedure. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods. You just have to send the item back to us and we will proceed with the refund. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy.
