Immediate resend in case of loss of the package
If your package has no tracking updates for more than 15 days while in transit, you have the option to request a free resend. In case the original package is delivered to you later, you can keep it at no additional cost and it will not be necessary to return it.
Delivered in 30 days or free resend
If your package is not delivered within 30 days, you can request a free resend. If no action is taken within 35 days, we will automatically resend. If the package arrives later, you can keep it at no cost and there will be no need to return it.
