Submit a return request

To initiate a return procedure, please contact us via email. We value your feedback, so please include your reason for return, which will help us improve your future shopping experiences. Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the returns process.

Print the return label

Print and securely attach the return label provided to the outside of your return package. After that, you can deliver the package to the nearest shipping office. The first return for each order is at our expense. Any item in its original condition is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To reduce additional shipping costs and reduce the environmental impact of multiple returns, we recommend grouping the items you wish to return. Make sure you send your package within 14 days of submitting your return request.

Receive immediate reshipment

If your order is covered by Ozerty's Purchase Protection Program, we will reship your items immediately at our expense. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the reshipment has been made and we will make sure to prioritize your package over other orders so that you receive everything as quickly as possible.
