Put the insoles in your shoes to see how they fit, and cut them out according to your shoe size. Use the contour on the bottom of the insoles, near the toes. Make sure the insert is flat. If not, cut a little more if needed.

The arch supports are suitable for most types of shoes, such as boots, flats and sneakers. They also fit high heels, but we don't recommend using high heels often if you already suffer from foot pain. High heels can aggravate foot conditions by placing the foot in awkward positions. Whatever shoes you use, make sure there is enough room for the inserts and that your foot fits comfortably.
